Tottenham Hotspur New 2022/23 Away Kit Revealed

Social

Tottenham have released their new away kit for the 2022-23 season. Just over a month from the launch of their 2022-23 home kit back in June, the Spurs away kit features the same popular neon volt details that gave the home kit a new lease of life.
Spurs describe the away kit as “a deep lapis blue shade finished with black sleeves and flashes of volt on the neckline and cuffs, with the Club’s famous cockerel emblem front and centre.” The launch goes on to explain how the shirt is the “third instalment” of the club’s “Dare To Do series”.

Interestingly, the club crest and Nike logo stack on top of one another, sitting centrally in the shirt design. These logos, as well as the AIA and Cinch shirt sponsors, are in bright white. The last time Spurs had a central crest was back in 2020/21, on their yellow third shirt.

What Reaction Does It Get From the Fanbase on Social Media?

The new Nike away kit 2022-23 receives mixed reviews from Spurs supporters.
Not everyone was a fan of the new strip, with many supporters replying to the club’s reveal with negative feedback.
One supporter wrote on Twitter: “How can a kit be so bad that everyone unanimously agrees that it’s that bad.”
“No way we’re turning up to Bayern Munich on a Wednesday night in swimsuits…” said one fan.
Whilst one joking added: “We’re winning the league in this monstrosity, and I’m going to have to look at it for the next 60 years.”
So what do you think of it?

The club have confirmed that the Antonio Conte’s side will wear the away kit for the first time during a pre-season friendly with Sevilla in Korea on Saturday.
