Nicolo Zaniolo is open to a Spurs move

Nicolo Zaniolo is open to joining Tottenham because he wants to play in the Premier League, according to the Journalist Ben Jacobs.

Tottenham has been linked to a move for Zaniolo for some time now. And reports have previously claimed that the attacking midfielder is Antonio Conte’s dream signing.

For now, the reporter states that Zaniolo would indeed be open to joining Spurs.

Jacobs said, “He’s a frightening talent. I used to work in Rome and lived next door to Zaniolo, so I know him as a character a bit too.”

“He is open to a Tottenham move. And he’s valued, I would say, somewhere around about the €50-€55 million mark. And that’s what Tottenham are looking at. It may take a little bit more. But there’s concrete substance to the links.” he told The Last Word On Spurs Podcast.

Zaniolo is an ‘incredible‘ talent. Signing Zaniolo would arguably the best way for Tottenham to round off what has been an amazing window. However, This will be an expensive deal at north of €50m. It’s hard to imagine Spurs going in for the midfielder at this price.

Perhaps, judging by Jacobs’s claim, supporters will get a better idea of whether a deal could be done in the next few days.
